About Me

I'm a small business owner selling electrical and construction goods in Mexico city. Since I've became independent I've had the good fortune of dedicating a grand part of my life to endurance sports.

I've learned to enjoy the ride and thriving when the next challenge arises.

After I finished my first ironman I started looking for the next challenge. A few like minded friends sent me information on extreme triathlon events and decided to join several lottery's hoping to participate.
After 2 years I got sorted in 2 different extreme triathlons and took the plunge for both.

How I Discovered Patagonman

My Patagonman Journey

Exceeded every expectation I had. First of all the region is very welcoming and it really does feel like you're at the end of the world.

Coming from a tropical country the water/swimming experience tested all of my resolve and will power to finish. Currently one of my sources of motivation is remembering completing this very cold swim.

The bike has its own set of challenges. Fortunately you have 60 km to get into rithyem with some of the most beautiful landscape but the best part is descending to villa cerro castillo.

The run can make you feel really alone but at the same time is a chance to make friends along the way. I remember having a great chat with a Canadian and helping out an Italian who was having a rough time.

A Message to Future Competitors

It's a race you must do once and in my case looking to do it several more times.
It's incredible how challenging it can be, but words are not enough to describe the satisfaction and rewarding feeling when you ring the finishing bell.
