HOW MANY PHOTOS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PACK?
The pack includes all photos featuring you during the event, captured by our photographers at different points along the course. The quantity varies per athlete, but averages between 20 and 40 images.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Photos are delivered within 48 to 72 hours after the event. You'll receive an email with your private download link.
DO THE PHOTOS HAVE WATERMARKS?
No. Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPGs with no watermarks, ready to print or share on social media.
WHAT IF I DON'T APPEAR IN ANY PHOTO?
In the unlikely event we have no photos of you due to force majeure reasons, we issue a full refund, no questions asked.
HOW LONG CAN I DOWNLOAD MY PHOTOS?
The download link remains active for 60 days from delivery. We recommend saving the photos to your device or personal cloud storage.
CAN I BUY THE PACK AS A GIFT?
Of course! Complete the purchase and email us the athlete's name and bib number. We'll coordinate sending the download link to whoever you choose.
